Layering with Green Ocean

Hello! I have a fun layering combo today! There are lot's of pics so I will keep the words short! I started with a coat of China Glaze Up All Night, then a layer of Finger Paints Motley and Flecked, and then a final layer of Sinful Colors Green Ocean.  I think it came out really nice!!! Green Ocean just glows!

  13. I actually just bought Green Ocean the other day and tried it out for St. Pats & hated it! I am not a fan of flecks at all, so I'm not sure why I wanted it - it was just to darn pretty in the bottle. I am continuing to find a way to wear it that I will like. I definitely like it here with the dark base!

    1. I tried mine over a lighter color too, and it wasn't all that great. I think it shines the best over darker colors!
