Twinsie Tuesday: Beach Themed

Hello! Sorry for missing last week, I was out of town! I will be making up for that today! This week's theme is Beach. I tried to represent a gorgeous beach sunsent with a gradient. It didn't come out as well I would have liked. I used Zoya Pippa, China Glaze Pool Party and Orchid Tiki Torched. 

And here's my texture polish from last week! This is LA Girl Sand Blast in Sandals.

Hello! Quick post today! This is China Glaze Pool Party! Gorgeous pink neon. I used a neutral base as undies and then applied 2 coats. I found this one to be a more pigmented neon. Enjoy!

Why Not Take 3

Hello again! Here is the final addition to Why Not. I added a matte top coat! Very predictable I know, but I really like it. I wore the base color for almost 5 days! (that's with everything else on top too) Enjoy!

Why Not Take 2

Hello! Yesterday I showed you Sinful Colors Why Not and I decided to jazz it up a little. I added China Glaze Glitz'N Pieces. I really like how this turned out! I think it added just the right amount of sparkle and a little edge. Enjoy and stay tuned tomorrow to see what else I did with this manicure!

Rose Among Thorns

Howdy! Lately I have become more obsessed with neons. I am very ready for the neon collections to start showing up! Today I have China Glaze Rose Among Thorns to share today! Something drew me to this shade and I just love it! I did use undies with this. I went with a neutral base rather than white. I can't remember how many coats I used, it's a jelly so it was sheer. Enjoy!

Keep Calm, Paint On

Hello! I have a very lovely combination to show you today. This is China Glaze Keep Calm, Paint On from the Avant Garden Collection. I decided to layer OPI Lights Of Emerald City on top.  I think it made a gorgeous combination! I used 2 coats of the China Glaze. Enjoy!

Twinsie Tuesday: Polish Roulette

Hello! It's that time again! This weeks theme was polish roulette.  This means we were supposed to pick 2 polishes and make them work together. I walked up to my polish shelf and picked up China Glaze Magical. The closest polish to it happened to be China Glaze Midtown Magic. I thought I would work with that since they also both have the word magic in their names. When you see these 2 polishes together, you wouldn't think they would work at all. I decided to try some stamping with them. I think they actually work quite well together that way! I used Midtown Magic as an accent and Magical for the rest.  Then I stamped with a rose pattern in the opposite colors. Enjoy!

Hello! I have a very pretty and girly glitter to share today! This is Kleancolor Aurora! I couldn't tell from the bottle, but it has little stars in it! I layered this over China Glaze For Audrey. Enjoy!

Razzle Me Dazzle Me!

Hello! I have a very interesting, yet pretty glitter to share with you today. This is China Glaze Razzle me Dazzle me over Sinful Colors Smokin'. This is from the China Glaze Glitz n Pieces collection.  This is the only one I picked up. I didn't realize it had bar glitter and bigger glitter in it. I really like how the pink pops off of the gray. For fun I added a matte top coat. My pictures really don't do this combo justice. Enjoy!

Twinsie Tuesday: Ruffian

Hello! Our assignment for today is a ruffian manicure.  I used China Glaze Hanging in the Balance and then Nina Ultra Pro in Black.  The brush on that was perfect for this.  I did this free hand and I think I did pretty good! I also added a matte top coat. Also, I've added a page where you can see all my past manicures. Enjoy!

Extra Girly!

Hello! I have a super girly manicure to share with you today! I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors Mauve (how in the world this is a mauve color?!?), and then I sponged a layer of China Glaze Glistening Snow (it's a little hard to see) and then another sponged layer of LA Colors Sparkling Diamonds. I think the end result is really gorgeous!!!! Enjoy!

Essence Nail Art Special Effect Topper: Disco Disco

Hello! Just a quick post today! I found this Essence topper at Ulta on clearance.  Just a fun silver and holo glitter top coat.  I applied fairly easily. What I like most is the square glitter! I added this on top of yesterdays Hanging In The Balance. Enjoy!

Hello!! Quick post today! This is Sinful Colors Smokin'! I love love love this color! It's such a beautiful dark gray.  I always think these colors are so chic.  This could almost be a one coater, but I used 2. Enjoy!

I added a layer of China Glaze Whirled Away.  This was part of a secret santa gift I received and I love it!

First Swap Ever!

Hello! I am so excited to share this post with you today!! I recently did my first swap ever with the wonderful Amber from Nails Like Lace!! If you aren't following her already you need to be! She sent me some fantastic goodies and I can't wait to get them all on my fingers! I did a manicure with For Audrey and added Revlon Sequins as an accent! Enjoy!

Hello! Another quick post today.  This is China Glaze Glitter Goblin over a black base.  I didn't take a picture before I added the matte top coat.   I love the way this came out though! This is an interesting glitter and can be layered over a lot of different base coats.  Enjoy!

Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness

Hello! I should have posted this much sooner! As you may know October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Here is my mani to show my support! I used 2 coats of Wet N Wild Candy-Licious, and on my accent nail I used China Glaze Polarized.  Then I went back and added a coat of Milani Pink flair to the pink nails and on the accents I added a pink rhinestone ribbon decal.  Enjoy!
