Twinsie Tuesday: Sweet Sixteen

Hello! This weeks theme for Twinsie Tuesday is sweet 15 or something a teen would wear.  I think I got pretty close, but I don't know any teenage girls so I can't ask! I am not going to reveal the base color, you will have to tune in tomorrow to find out what it is.  I did use Sinful Colors Nail Junkie over the base and then stamped with China Glaze Up All Night and Konad plate M57. Do you think this looks like something a teen would wear??
