Hello! I have a gorgeous polish to share with you today! I saw a display in Ulta for Layla Ceramic Effect polishes. They also had a display of some matte finishes, but I can't remember what they were calling them. For the ceramic effect it says you don't need base coat and top coat was optional. I didn't use any base coat, but I did use top coat. I was a little disappointed that I had some tip wear with in a few hours. It wasn't really noticable in the pictures and I can't say if it stains b/c I still have it on as I am typing this. It's a gorgeous turquoise color. I applied 3 coats. Enjoy!
