Twinsie Tuesday: Polish Roulette

Hello! It's that time again! This weeks theme was polish roulette.  This means we were supposed to pick 2 polishes and make them work together. I walked up to my polish shelf and picked up China Glaze Magical. The closest polish to it happened to be China Glaze Midtown Magic. I thought I would work with that since they also both have the word magic in their names. When you see these 2 polishes together, you wouldn't think they would work at all. I decided to try some stamping with them. I think they actually work quite well together that way! I used Midtown Magic as an accent and Magical for the rest.  Then I stamped with a rose pattern in the opposite colors. Enjoy!

Don't forget to check out the other polish roulette mani's today!

I'm Not Lion with a little stamping!

Hello! I have a fun post to share today! I wanted to do a little pre Halloween stamping.  I used Sally Hansen Golden-I and one coat of China Glaze I'm Not Lion. After that dried I stamped with Bundle Monster plate 316.  I then did accent nail stamping with Bundle Monster plate 211.  I don't know why it did this, but it looks like I stamped with the accent skull first rather than the lines.  I still like the way this turned out! I adore this China Glaze glitter, it's just gorgeous! Be prepared for quite a few photos! Enjoy!

Twinsie Tuesday: Floral

Hello! It's Twinsie Tuesday time again! This weeks theme is floral.  This is not my best work.  I tried stamping and then it smeared when I applied my top coat.  On top of that, my cuticles are horrible! Sorry about that! I stamped over Sinful Colors Slate with a basic white.  I used one of my new Bundle Monster plates.  Enjoy!

Twinsie Tuesday: Animal Inspired

Hello Hello! Is it Tuesday already??  You know what that means, it's Twinsie Tuesday!  This weeks theme is Animal Inspired.  Now I didn't get too creative with this one, but I really LOVE the way it came out! I decided to use some of the China Glaze On Safari Collection because when you are on a safari, you usually see some animals! I used Adventure Red-y and I'm Not Lion.  I used I'm Not Lion as my accent nail.  I only did one accent because I think it looks better with just one.  I painted the rest with Adventure Red-y.  Then I stamped the accent nail with Konad M-57 leopard and filled in some of the dots with Adventure Red-y.  It's very simple, but really pretty! I can't stop looking at my nails.  I love this red and gold combo! Enjoy!

Bam! Pow!

Howdy Howdy! Like my title???  This may not be as Bam! Pow! as I am making out to be, but it's fun none the less. I got my new Bundle Monster Plates in recently and decided to use plate 305.  For the base color I dug out an older Sally Hansen X-Tremewear in Fuchsia Power for the base and stamped with Nina Ultra Pro in Black. I only needed one coat of the Sally Hansen!  Enjoy!

Birthday Nails!

Hello! It's my Birthday today!!!! I am 29 today.  These are my nails for the day! My shirt has gold in it so I wanted to match. I was also really loving my leopard print so I added that in as well! For the base layer I used L'Oreal Because We're Worth It. Then I added a layer of Sally Hansen Gem Crush Big Money.  I used the same stamp (Konad M57) and Nina Ultra Pro Black. I filled in a few dots with Femme Coture in Golden Honey. Enjoy!

My birthday bouquet! I bought these at the grocery store, not my best arrangement, but they are beautiful white roses with multicolored Carnations!

Girly Leopard

Hello! I have a very girly mani for your today! I got the inspiration from Ivana Thinks Pink! For this I used Wet N Wild Candy-Licious, ring and thumb are China Glaze Dance Baby, and the dots are Orly Basket Case. The glitter is Milani Pink Flair. I stamped with Konad M-57 and Nina Ultra Pro Black.  I am still getting used to my new camera, so bear with me! Enjoy!

Very Subtle Stamping

Quick post for today.  I wanted to stamp some more so I used the heart shapes on one of the new Red Angel Plates.  I thought I had a great idea, and it looks ok, but it was so hard to photograph! I started with one coat of Nina Ultra Pro Black, then a layer of L'Oreal Blue Marine.  Then I stamped with the Nina Ultra Pro Black.  Each nail has a random pattern of hearts and I really like how they look kind of faded.

Adventures in Stamping!

Hello Everyone! I have been wanting to get back into stamping lately since it's what started my polish obsession! I ordered the Red Angel plates from Amazon and they just got here yesterday! What I am going to show you today is a stamp from my Bundle Monster plates.  I've tested out some of the RA plates and so far I think I am going to like them better than the BM ones.  A lot of my BM plates don't transfer the images very well. I am very excited to start using these RA plates!  For this look I started with 2 coats of L'Oreal Walk on the Beach (I forgot to take pictures of this by itself...ooops!), and I stamped with WnW Ebony Hates Chris and BM plate 221. I really like the look of this, I keep looking at my nails! Enjoy!

An Ode to The Funky French!

Fingers Polish Mania, this one is for you! I attempted my first funky french mani! I always enjoy seeing what Fingers Polish Mania comes up with and I thought I'd give it a go.  It didn't turn out too bad! I haven't stamped in quite a while and it shows.  I started with 2 coats of my new favorite Wet n Wild, On a Trip, and then added the french tip with some guides after it dried.  Then I stamped with a bundle monster plate (I can't remember the number and I am too lazy to go dig it back out). I stamped with Nina Ultra Pro Black.   I hope you approve of my funky french!

I also have a little comparison for you all today. Ami from Sky Lights & Glitter Bombs asked me to compare L'Oreal Club Prive and Essie Turquoise and Caicos.  Sorry it took me so long!  I am also throwing in Wet n Wild I Need a Refresh-Mint. On my index finger we have L'Oreal Club Prive, My middle finger is Wet n Wild I Need a Refresh-Mint, and on my ring finger is Essie Turquoise and Caicos.  As you can see the L'Oreal and Essie and pretty dead on dupes for each other, while the Wet n Wild is a tiny bit more blue.
