Hello! It's Twinsie Tuesday again and this weeks theme is a Half Moon using a Neon and Pastel. When I did this I thinking neon and neutral, so I am not sure if my base coat is considered a pastel. I started with 3 thin coats of OPI Skull and Gloss Bones, and after that dried I used some french tip guides and painted 2 coats of Finger Paints Warhol Wannabe. The neon didn't want to photograph right, it's much brighter in person. I topped it off with a coat of Out The Door. Enjoy!
