Orly Skinny Dip

Happy Friday! Quick post today, I have Orly Skinny Dip to share with you today! I believe this is from their recent neon collection although I am not entirely sure.  Such a pretty blue! I love how it dries semi matte.  I picked this up at an Ulta in Houston. What you see is 3 easy coats! Enjoy!

    It's very lovely, but doesn't scream: neon - but not very many blue neons do!

    Skinny Dip is the only one I bought from Orly's neon collection and I love it! I haven't worn it without a top coat though, it looks really pretty matte/suede too!
