Hello Hello! It's Twinsie Tuesday time again! This weeks theme is Crackle Polish. I liked crackle polish when it first came out, but the trend fizzled out for me. I chose to use a gold base and black crackle. The base is Wet n Wild A Show at the Palladium. For extra sparkle I added a layer of Sally Hansen White Veil. For the crackle I used Sally Hansen Ink Blot. My stuff had dried up a lot, so I added some thinner to it. It helped a little. I tried to go in a different direction on my pinky, but it just globbed up. Enjoy!

It's like abstract leopard!
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely - and it's fun how the crackle polishes seem to grow thick in the bottle pretty rapidly...
ReplyDeleteVery pretty!!! :D I love what you are wearing underneath the crackle (wow, I sound like a creeper, LOL!!). :D
ReplyDeleteHahahaha!!!!
DeleteThis is exactly why black is pretty much the only crackle I like - abstract animal print! And I loooove it with bling under!
ReplyDeletei love the gold layering!!
ReplyDeleteLooks great, also without the crackle :-)
ReplyDeleteI love the gold under the black! Super cute!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Brandi!
Deletegold is awesome with black
ReplyDeleteI love this with the glitter! It's super pretty.
ReplyDeleteLove your base layers!!! It looks great together
ReplyDeleteoooh, this is really cute!
ReplyDeleteI have that same Sally Hanson polish! This is a cool manicure! That chrome looks great on you. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much!
DeleteThat Sally hansen is sooo pretty! haa!
ReplyDeleteCrackles are sometimes fun to me. But I really never got into the fad.
Thanks! I totally agree with you!
DeleteLike your nails!!
ReplyDeleteI really like how you layered the chrome and the glitter before putting crackle over it. It's pretty!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteLOVE the glitter and chrome layering--it makes your mani look jewel-encrusted! I used to do gold/black crackle combos a lot when I first got my bottle of OPI Black Shatter back in the day. I think it's such a classic pairing! :)
ReplyDeleteI agree!!!! Thanks!
Deletegold looks really awesome with the black!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteI LOVE this combo. Its gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI am not a crackle fan at all. Never liked this trend at all. I do like this before you added the crack. Gorgeous golds in this!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I liked it, but got over it very quickly~
DeleteI love the gold polish! I'm not a big fan of crackle though. :-)
ReplyDelete~ Yun
I love the gold too! I got over the crackle trend pretty quickly!
DeleteAfter setting in a drawer for a while, my crackle does nothing but gunk up when I try to use it, too. Lame! Glad I'm not a huge fan of it! :P
ReplyDeleteI got over it pretty quickly!!
DeleteOoh this looks nice :D I like the gold!
ReplyDeletelove the Sally Hansen glitter. I wish we could get so nice glitters here :)
ReplyDeleteI didn't think I would like it, but I do over the gold!
DeleteI think black crackle looks great over gold! I'm so bad at applying crackle...it never looks good when I do it...
ReplyDeleteI got lucky this time!
DeleteOooh! I love the Sally Hanson over the chrome!!!
