Twinsie Tuesday: 3D Manicure

Hello Hello!!! It's that time again, time for another round of Twinsie Tuesday! This week's theme is a 3D Manicure.  I decided to do a fish egg manicure.  I started with a base coat of Salon Perfect Berry Blue (from my swap with Amber!) and then added the little beads onto my ring finger as an accent (I mixed some colors together).  It's a little springy, but pretty! Enjoy!
