Twinsie Tuesday: Polka Dots or Stripes

Hello! It's another edition of Twinsie Tuesday! This week we were challenged to choose between polka dots or stripes.  I chose Polka Dots! I used Sinful Colors Cool Gray and Ardoise.  I also added a matte top coat. Enjoy!
